The Sexual Harassment of women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act,2013, commonly referred to as the 'POSH Act' is an Indian law enacted to make workplaces safer for women by preventing, prohibiting, and redressing acts of sexual harassment against them in the workplace. The law was made effective in the whole of India on December 9, 2013, by the Ministry for Women and Child Development.
Section 2(n) of the Act defines sexual harassment to include the following unwelcome acts:
Physical contact and sexual advances.
A demand or request for sexual favors.
Making sexually colored remarks.
Any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature.

A candidate/assesse may not be satisfied with the result of an assessment/examination/any other activity/process related to certification by this organization. He must get a right to appeal against decision on certification.
The aim of this document is to streamline the process of effective handling of appeals against decision related to assessment/examination/any other activity/process related to certification in the organization.
A candidate/assesse, who has appeared for an assessment is allowed to appeal within five working days of declaration of result.
The appeal can be submitted on line and will be addressed to the mail ID: info@emspl.co
A committee comprised as under will handle the appeal:
Members: Director and Certification Team.
The appeal will be evaluated and decision taken within five days from the date of receipt of appeal. The decision could be reassessment/not certified/certification confirmed.
